At Clovurbane Studio, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and affordable manner. 

We provide shipping and delivery of our Products all over India. We aim to provide the best customer experience for you by partnering with good logistics service providers to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience in receiving the Product that you have ordered from . We make all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Products are delivered to you in a timely fashion.

On an average, it takes us about 5 business days to ship goods out of our warehouses across India. However if the quantities ordered are more, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. If this happen, we will keep you informed by email. 


Cancellation of Products:

You can cancel orders for Products partially or fully prior to issuing and processing of the invoice by sending us email on clovurbanestudio@gmail or whatsapp us on +91 7226009992 within 24 hours of ordering the product. Orders cannot be cancelled once the invoice has been processed and issued.

Clovurbane Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason. We will update you via email or call and refund 100% of any payment you may have made in such a situation.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a wrong or incomplete name/ address provided by the customer, non-availability of a recipient at the time of delivery, or related reasons on the customer's side, any extra costs incurred by us for return and redelivery will be claimed from the customer.

Return of Products:

We don't accept returns for the simple fact that the items are fragile and likely to break if not packed properly and we cannot expect the customers to re-pack the goods the way we do for safe transit.

In case the delivered item(s) is found damaged/ missing or has any manufacturing defect, please inform the Customer Care or e-mail us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damaged product highlighting the damaged part.

All our  products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. An irregular weave or print or a stitch should not be taken as a defect as handcrafted products will not show consistent uniformity like a machine-made product. Handloom, by definition, means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity. Any innate features like tiny air bubbles, slight flecking of the glaze missing in some spots are common in handmade items. No refund or replacement will be provided in such cases. All our products are handmade by artisans, therefor please keep that in mind before raising a concern. Also slight variations in colour are possible from what you see on the screen.

Despite these variables, at Clovurbane Studio, we stand behind the quality of our products and we allow exchange/ return/ refund (for eligible product categories) if you are not satisfied you may initiate the request for return of the Product if: (i) Product is damaged; (b) both the Product and shipping package have been damaged; (iii) Product is defective or is not in working condition; (iv) parts of the Product or accessory is missing out shall initiate such requests for a return within 48 (fourty-eight) hours from the date on which you receive the delivery of the Product (“Return Period”).

Your return will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by us are fulfilled at the time of return of such Products, such as the Product being returned in original condition

You can return the Product(s), purchased from us provided the Product(s) satisfy below mandatory conditions:


(i) The Product has not been worn, cleaned or tampered with by you.

(ii) The price tag /bar code, brand tags, original packaging material, accompanying accessories is intact and not altered, damaged or discarded by you.

(iii) The Product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.

(iv) Return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought and from same account and the serial number/ bar code of the Product matches our records.

(v) There is no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears or damage on the Product.

(vi) The Product(s) if bought as a set should be exchanged as the complete set.

(vii) Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed and in a saleable condition.

(viii) We are satisfied that the Product has not been rendered defective or unusable.

We reserve the right to reject the return request for a Product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.​
